After-Sales Instruction:
Welcome to BOCO’s Support Page for processing warranty requests. BOCO offers a one-year warranty for all our products from the Date of Delivery. We also have an extended warranty option for you. If you need the Extended Warranty, please feel free contact us.
1. Except China mainland, warranty does not include any shipping fees and taxes.
2. We have the warehouses in China mainland & HongKong. If our products have any issues within the warranty period and can not solve it remotely, once confirmed with the after-sales team, you could directly return to our local warehouse for repair.
3. We offer a one-year international warranty for some global version projectors. After confirmed with the after-sales team, we will arrange the shipping company to pick up the projector and send it to repair. Please contact us for specific supported models.
4. We will certainly consider adding overseas warehouses in more countries based on requirements of after-sales, and will keep updating.

Note:
1. Warranty does not include any shipping fees and taxes.
2. To confirm with after-sales team, please offer the issue of the product, a video of the issue, Serial Number(SN), Proof of Purchase and send an email to Cookies1992@hotmail.com. They will guide the next steps.
3. If there is an overseas warehouse in the local area, the shipping will take around 10–15 days. If there is no overseas warehouse, the period of cross-border transportation is 15–45 days.

Tips for Warranty Information:
Order ID: You could find this in the order history of the account that the purchase was made through.
Model Number: You could find this in your account’s order history, as well as on the packaging or manual of the product.
Serial Number(SN): The SN could be found at the bottom of the device or “Settings”-“About the device” on the projector.
